lack of dependency - libjpeg

OS: Ubuntu 20.04.02. When WeChat is installed from deepin-wine.i-m.dev, libjpeg62:i386 is absent from the dependency. As a result, there will be no avatar on login screen, and some malfunction in sending pictures/screenshots.

Adding 32-bit dependency libjpeg62:i386 is strongly suggested.
