Implement focus groups

It's time to try and implement these focus groups...

Could first do a test using the raytraced method, to see if I can focus the anamorphics at all (there might still be other issues...)

The idea is to fit subsections of the lens, instead of the whole lens as one. I can use the sensor shift technique to move the individual subsections.
