Track CLI commands with and without examples

An issue was previously opened to add examples to different commands in Zowe CLI. We have those examples now, but it's not clear to me if we track which commands have examples, and how many examples per command. It would be nice to collect this information along with the example text since its easily actionable - we can decide whether or not we think the current example set is sufficient.
