Add context sensitive values into the metrics panel so that metrics do not have to be manually created and this would minimize error in the contruction

Hello,

Right now, when using the Metrics web page to try and create a metrics entry, it does not show anything except for 'select' and 'all' for options. Since there is an open issue with 'all' currently it would be very helpful to have context aware selections populate each field so the web page can be used. and create something usable.

We will add more detailed subtypes and hierarchy for each report types when converted to TypeScript. Current implementation has some issues with 'all' function for certain report types(e..g CHANNEL) , while some reports work with 'all'.
