Pull from mainframe does not work when I choose not to overwrite

To reproduce:

  1. Trigger a merge conflict
  2. Select "No" in the overwrite confirmation dialogue
  • The file will stay "dirty" in the editor and the "pull from mainframe" button will not do anything
  1. Edit the local file again
  • A prompt will appear to update the local copy
  1. Confirm update of local copy
  • File is uploaded to the mainframe without the merge conflict confirmation

Note: This is specific to the Data Sets tree and it is not an issue in the USS tree
