Credentials are not propagated to PDS node in Favorites in Theia

Credentials are not prompted and propagated to PDS node in Favorites

To reproduce:

  1. Using a profile without saved credentials, save a PDS as a favorite
  2. Refresh the session
  3. Under Favorites, activate the twistie for the saved PDS. The credential prompt will not appear and 401 error will show
  4. Enter the credentials for the profile on a different node.
  5. Refresh the tree and activate the twistie for the saved PDS. 401 error will still show.
