It says When using JCERACFKS as the keystore type, ensure that you define the class to handle the RACF keyring. Use the -D options to specify the java.protocol.handler.pkgs property:

-Djava.protocol.handler.pkgs=com.ibm.crypto.provider

Please give a link to how I specify this to zowe. I cannot find a way of specifying java overrrides.
