Create content for migrating from V2 to V3

• What do I do to upgrade to v3?

• • i.e. is there a conversion utility I need to run?
• • is there any new prerequisite technology?
• • have any default configuration setting changed that I need to be aware of?

• What will no longer work because I've upgraded to v3?

• If I care about those items, what do I need to do to ensure they work in V3?

Consider adding a SECTION in the overall v3 documentation that makes the installer aware of any "disruptive" changes associated with the v3 installation (particularly for folks migrating from v2 or v1 to v3)
