I believe we may end up reworking this suggestion a little bit. We do not want to start mapping every single error code in the zowe docs-site, we could just point people to specific verndor's documentation for these kind of SQL errors. Also, we may want to consider whether or not we should have a separate space to extender/plug-in troubleshooting. 😋

• We do not wish to document the error code
• The incorrect commands re: Zowe CLI and API ML integration have already been corrected in v2 doc
• Other proposed doc changes are for v1 documentation and we are currently maintaining v2 doc
