Publish a Zowe.ORG Release Comparison Table

Discuss and if agreed, implement a "Release Comparison" table of information at Zowe.org. The purpose of this table is as follows:
(1) Serve as a "sales pitch" for Zowe v3 (2) Serve as an area that various v3-related blogs can point to, where readers can find a summary of v3 features and capabilities compared to prior releases (3) Solve the challenge of "where to place it" in Zowe Docs - due to the manner in which Zowe DOCS is organized, having a comprehensive, roll-up style comparison may be burdensome to manage and could be confusing to readers (since Zowe docs includes a summary of changes from minor-release to minor-release)
