community Status of OMP Z box? - follow up to Zowe 3Q2023 PI Planning

Getting closer. However from my understanding, Zowe is moving to different hardware; please check with Harry Williams on this.

@MarkAckert can comment .... my understanding is Marist obtained a new Z box that Zowe will use - but the same rules apply on how it is administered. The new box is more powerful process wise - which is good - but it is still not a candidate for some of things I think we want to do with the OMP box.

We moved our build systems to updated hardware within Marist, but still have need of the OMP infrastructure for additional build, test, demo, and education environments. Unclear if we keep our current build/test on Marist systems "forever" or if we cutover to OMP hardware.

Not sure either - I think it would be good for the community to review and determine the needs/requirements and we can go from there.
