ZAC education on Intellij and assistance in positioning-messaging

As Intellij grows in its capabilities there is possible confusion on positioning and terminology with the VS Code Zowe Explorer. ZAC would like to assist on the narrative and need some education as first phase.

The education was provided via the presentation to the TSC call on 2023/08/03 and ZAC on 2023/08/08. The TSC plans vote on the Intellij Explorer to become part of the core with the V3 of Zowe.

Comment - as part of Intellij being in V3 core - we (ZAC) assume there will be a new Support Conformance category for V3 for Intellij so that Support providers will have the option of claiming Support.
