Publish the conformance program for the IntelliJ Explorer

Tasks include:

• [ ] Review the criteria / provide feedback & recommendations to the squad

• [ ] Copy the criteria to the spreadsheet format used by all other conformance programs

• [ ] Revise the existing criteria checklist to include IntelliJ

• [ ] Revise the existing conformance application to include IntelliJ

• [ ] Submit request to OMP to deliver the V2 badge, modify the landscape accordingly

• [ ] Plan & Execute the official Launch
