Create automation to sync the committers and contributors based on the Teams within GitHub.

Is your feature request related to a problem or limitation? Please describe. Currently we have many places that looks as if they contain the information about the committers for the squads.

Describe the experience you'd like We need to have a simple place to take a look for this information. The proposal is to create GH Action that would generate file with this information.
