Logo usage for Zowe and imagery for Zowe subprojects

We've been getting some growing interest on two fronts regarding logos and imagery within Zowe subprojects/squads...

1. Having artwork specific for a Zowe subproject to be used in the context of outreach/marketing that aligns with the primary Zowe brand.
2. Having artwork for use within the Zowe product itself, appropriate for where the artwork is used but also aligned with the Zowe branding.

In doing this, we are trying to manage against two goals...

1. Keeping brand consistency, such that one can recognizes a project/product/tool being from the Zowe project versus not.
2. Avoiding the need for squads to have to recreate thier own branding.
