Fix e2e swagger-try-out test

Describe the bug Cypress that for the swagger v2 version that was using mockzosmf had to be removed because of a bug in the CI pipeline. It was removed in #3469. The test passed locally and manually.

Expected behavior Revert/create new test for swagger v2.
