HTTP client request connection timeout is missing in the zowe configuration

Describe the bug Gateway does not accept HTTP client connection configuration in the zowe standard way. There may be more parameters missing in the class HttpConfig. The current workaround is to define

zowe:
  environments: 
    APIML_HTTPCLIENT_CONN_POOL_REQUESTCONNECTIONTIMEOUT: 40000

The good part about this one is that specifically this value doesn't seem to be documented.
