For v3, consider normalising the supported metadata

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The metadata from services registered in Eureka can vary depending on the enabler used, examples of this include (for one property only):

apiml.apiInfo.api-v2.gatewayUrl
apiml.apiInfo.0.gatewayUrl
apiml.apiInfo.v2.gatewayUrl
apiml.apiInfo.-api-v1.gatewayUrl

All these are supported simultaneously now.

Describe the solution you'd like Provide normalised instructions, enablers that work in a similar fashion.
