Enhance Zowe Gateway to provide endpoint to check if user belongs to group

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. As a develop of an application that uses Zowe Gateway Authentication I'd like to be able to if the user belongs to specified security groups to implement role based functionality in my application.

Describe the solution you'd like Implement PlatformUser isUserInGroup (https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/sdk-java-technology/8?topic=saf-platformuser) and expose functionality via gateway authentication API.

Willingness to help I am willing to help with feedback and implementation.

@NPatelBcm That sounds like a very useful feature. We are actually looking to improve our authorization capabilities, but given our current capacity and the necessary technical work we are looking at approximately the 2nd quarter of next year as the potential time frame.
