Instance URL should be configurable to be hidden if required

Describe the bug Based on a customer feedback, they'd prefer to not expose the service Instance URL information present in the detail page of the Catalog in their DVIPA instance. That would mean giving the possibility to hide the Instance URL label by configuration. Same thing should be done for all the other visual informations (if present) related to the southbound service.

Even if we hide the information in the catalogue, it would be still available in Eureka.

Just a note, the configuration should happen on the API ML instance basis. Like for all services shown in this API Catalog this type of information shouldn't be visible.
