The URL above redirects to the article page for Education and the New Laws of Robotics and the DOIs match* so it is the correct article.

When logged in via an institution's ezproxy service to enable access to the full text PDF, this article today saves correctly via the share sheet on iPadOS, and both the citation information and the full text pdf are correctly stored in Zotero:

Looks like this was a historical issue resolved/one off problem, and could be closed? (Let me know if 'looks like can be closed' replies are welcomed or just considered noise.)

* the URL shown in this log output shows a percent encoded value instead of a raw slash in the middle of the DOI. I wondered if this might have somehow been the cause of the original issue, though the GET succeeded with 200 so might be unrelated.
