The "Date" (date) field (mapped to issued in CSL) should be added to podcast.

This is apparently fixed, so I'm closing this. Please reopen if I've misunderstood's Simon's comment.
In that case, I'll take Simon's r+ as authority to add the zotero-3.0 milestone.
bump this issue appears to have been abandoned andis not yet fixed in Zotero 5.0.88
As of version 6.0.4, this feature still appears to be missing. When will it be added? Looks like there is a pull request to add it that hasn't been merged in yet....
It will be fixed the same time other field updates happen. There is no need for additional posts
Hello, I saw that a commit to update this was added in June 2022. However, I'm running standalone version 6.0.36 and I don't see a date field for the Podcast type. Is there something that needs to be enabled for this to work?

Hi, thank you. Not being flippant here - do we think this will be merged in any time soon? The last update on this ticket was 2 years ago, and I've found requests for this update going back to at least 2017.
