Odd behaviour for group creation slug

I'd like to report the following odd behaviour for https://www.zotero.org/groups/new

1. When I enter a name for a group with spaces, the slug previews contains a mix of underscores and spaces

2. When I enter a name, the slug preview doesn't update unless I click on one of the radios
