EM: Ignore relative URLs in `og:` meta tags?

Seems like the Open Graph spec doesn't allow relative URLs at all:

• https://stackoverflow.com/questions/9858577/open-graph-can-resolve-relative-url
• https://ogp.me/

  The canonical URL of your object that will be used as its permanent ID in the graph, e.g., https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0117500/.
