Wikidata quickstatements: Support for ISO 639-2/B language code

The problem: If the language value of an item is not set to ISO 639-1 standard, the language is not recognize by the QS translator. Every time I import books either from databases like Worldcat or via request to a ISBN database, the language value is set to ISO 639-2/B and I have no way to modify every items in batch in Zotero.

Fix: Support ISO 639-2/B as listed in wikipedia.
