Twitter: Improve saving after in-page navigation

Not sure if there’s anything we can do here, but without a browser reload on the permalink I can reproduce the problems of 1) getting the wrong tweet and 2) getting a snapshot error.

No matter what I try, I can't reproduce the wrong-tweet problem. Could it not be the user attempting to scrape a tweet that they don't actually have focused? In the linked tweet, it looks like she might be right-clicking and attempting to scrape a reply tweet rather than the one that the URL links to and that the page title reflects.
