Add Word (OpenXML) Bibliography Import/Export

Additional info from other issue:

For whatever reason, Microsoft uses a very rare (never seen to be used anywhere else) XML format to import bibliographic data: ECMA-376 (also called "Office 2007 XML")

Would be great if the web library, besides the many other (and much more frequently used) export formats, supported to export entries in this format so that they can be imported directly into MS Word (at least on Windows; Word for Mac doesn't support reference import as of today). JabRef supports export to this format: https://docs.jabref.org/cite/export-to-microsoft-word
