Just tested this PR on the master branch (as of today), as it fixes importing references that have CDATA nodes in their titles (from Crossref XML).

The version of w3c-xmlserializer used by jsdom currently in the master branch fails on serialising CDATA nodes, but this has been fixed in subsequent versions of that library. This PR updates jsdom which updates its use of w3c-xmlserializer, and the import now succeeds!
