Inconsistency in Scrolling Ability

(Running Brackets Build 1.7.0-16898) My apologies if this was brought up before....

I am not able to scroll up or down in the minimap if the minimap is opened after I open a document (HTML or CSS); I can scroll up or down only after I click on another open document, e.g. when working in one of the Split views. If I know that I'm going to be working in only one document, I have to first Show Minimap, then open up the document.
