To open/close the mini map there should be a button on right bar

The mini map is not very useful on 4:3 monitor if it is continuously open, as it takes lot of space in the right.

There should be a quick access button in the right to quickly close and open the mini map.

We have already many hotkey on brackets, for this simple feature a small button seems to be the best solution.

I also think there should be a toolbar icon. Just so convenient sometime ! And add a setting so it's disabled by default maybe ?

Also, I have problems finding out the code I need to add in keymap.json to re-map Ctrl-``` to show-hide minimap...
