More modules for accessing covariates!

Just a general call for access to more types of covariate data. This could use a package developed in the EAB hackathon if that goes ahead (2nd suggestion here)

From the disease side I'll be adding a module for getting MAP rasters at some point. Can't exactly remember what that'll include.
