GetModuleList & ModuleHelp don't use zoonRepo etc.

GetModule() and LoadModule() both use the options zoonRepo and zoonRepoBranch to access modules on a different repository (e.g. the workshop branch).

GetModuleList() and ModuleHelp() don't, so the module list and helpfiles don't line up
