Describe the bug

As a volunteer classifying video subjects in a workflow, any volume adjustment is not persisted from one subject to the next subject.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://frontend.preview.zooniverse.org/projects/markb-panoptes/test-project-1-mb-fem-lab/classify/workflow/3835?env=staging&demo=true
2. Click play
3. Adjust the volume
4. Go to the next subject (click Done)
5. Click play
6. Note the volume adjustment has not persisted

Expected behavior

As a volunteer classifying video subjects within a workflow, I expect any volume adjustment to persist from one subject to the next.
