Feature updates for Engaging Crowds projects

To add/update for Engaging Crowds

General (all projects):

• [x] add subject set information + workflow information to the subject info banner (we have this info in the URL?)
• [x] add visual indicator to subject set selection page for sets that are 100% complete -- this could be a 'Finished' banner on the image, or a pop up that warns volunteers that the set is completely transcribed
• [ ] explore column width on the subject selection page
• [ ] add 'Home' button link to Workflow, Subject Set, & Subject choice modals (or an option to X out and return to project landing page)
• [ ] amend "WHY AM I SEEING THIS?" text. Currently reads: "This project allows volunteers to view subjects in sequential order. The number shows you the subject’s position within the total group." This should be updated to: "This project allows volunteers to view subjects in sequential order. The fraction shows you the subject’s position (top number) within the total group (bottom number). In certain cases, the top number may appear larger than the bottom number."

HMS NHS:

• [ ] allow for longer subject set names in display cards w/in Set Selection modal (screenshot below) or support showing full names on mouseover
• [ ] Alternatively, could add a Subject Set Description area to subject set selection modal, in parallel to the function of the Workflow Description area on the home page

RBGE:

• [ ] Subject sets can be edited in the database, to add indexing after they've been uploaded -- this could be a useful feature for the Project Builder?
