Expected behavior

Current behavior

Our main Teal does not pass contrast standards. Replace any instance of TEAL_MID with TEAL_DARK

Additional information

Similar to the FEM issue https://github.com/zooniverse/front-end-monorepo/issues/5888 perhaps there is any easy way to find and replace all instances. PFE has a lot of color outliers hardcoded throughout the various pages, so some manual swapping may be necessary.
