Set max size for input socialLinks

Expected behavior

Mentioned input socialLinks has set max size (TBD).

Current behavior

It looks like user can type there string with over 907k chars.

Steps to replicate

Go to the "Build a Project" (as a logged in user): https://www.zooniverse.org/lab Create your own project. https://www.zooniverse.org/lab/here-is-a-number For section "Project details", scroll down to the Social Links Section. Type there 'quite too long' string as a provided string. Screenshot (example):

A green border indicates that the data has been accepted. For other parts with text, there are set some limits actually.
