Notifications link in header broken from organization landing

Expected behavior

Clicking Notifications in header from organization landing page will go to my notifications page.

Current behavior

Goes to url with projects/[org owner]/[org name]/notifications, due to https://github.com/zooniverse/Panoptes-Front-End/blob/master/app/talk/lib/notifications-link.cjsx#L49-L54.

Steps to replicate

Click Notifications in the header from https://www.zooniverse.org/organizations/meredithspalmer/snapshot-safari.
