Issue #114 pointed out a bug in the language switching links, and #124 created a fix which needs some adjustments. What is a "normal" width of a browser window and what elements should be displayed then? What should happen when the window gets narrower or wider? What elements should be hidden or added, respectively? Or moved to another position?
