Address ambiguity in FAQ answer to question regarding IPv6

FAQ number 6 reads: Does Zonemaster handle IPv6? This question is inherently ambiguous. Today the answer simply states that Zonemaster sends queries over IPv6 if it's configured to do so. We should also point out that even Zonemaster is configured to only configured to send queries over IPv4, it still sends AAAA questions and validates AAAA records in responses.
