Implemented msgid for Zone11 do not match the messages in specification

The Implemented Zone11 messages (develop branch) do not fully match the messages in Zone11 specification (delvelop branch). The difference is not great, but I do not see why there should be any difference.

I suggest that either of the two are updated, or both.
