Default 'nodeStratum' coinbase identifier

Please consider prominently documenting that the coinbase identifier should be customised from 'nodeStratum' - or better yet force people to set something here and don't start until it is set.

There are pools popping up all over the place and they all just identify as 'nodeStratum' - pool owners seem to be mostly unaware that they can set this - this is incredibly frustrating for altcoins that want to get a better idea of which pools or getting what percentage of blocks etc.
