Share genrated but block not generating

I am using NOMP, It is inserting shares in share table but block is not generated by pool. I am using cpuminer. It is generating blocks but blocks are not submitting but it is entering shares in shares table. Also in logs no error is coming, it shows block not found but it is inserting shares.
