Suggestion: Add stratum to stratum connections

Can we add pool to pool like NOMP has so can switch miners easily or just simply link to the stratum of the other pool?

Can someone please explain pool to pool mining? I looking in the NOMP source and didn't find anything that would allow a pool to connect to another pool and "proxy" behind it.

Maybe I'm misunderstanding the original post?

I want to proxy a pool so I can connect my miners to the proxy
