@tttppp could you take a look at this?

I've finished the generator - should be succesfull, but somehow the output maps don't generate after 1800: and when I comment out those imports the whole test scripts just hang...

@tttppp can you take a look?

There is some cherrypicking necessary, because ColdWar and 1908 break my output map generator... - The unconstitutional variant folder is correct. You can copy+paste this one to the master branch and work from there.

  • You'll need to manually add the variant to the variant.go files.

I'm not sure the build anywhere/neutral SCs will work, because I've just copy + pasted the code from 1939. Please have a look. If good, you can merge!
