rain particles are not rendered correctly and very bad FPS drop when its raining

First Issue: When i play with this shader pack in Iris 1.21.1 i got around 90-100 FPS and when its raining i get 20-30 FPS.

Second Issue: And the rain particles are not rendered correctly.
