Auto backups and imports

Right now, you have to save backups manually. It would be nice if you could set up auto-backups, which means every time you were to modify the settings of your nightTab it would automatically make a backup at a location specified by you.

It would be also pretty nice if we could auto-import the settings file from a specified location, which means we could for example auto-save our settings file onto our Nextcloud instance and then we can sync our settings across computers.
