Sender sees duplicate messages

In build 117, T is seeing duplicate messages on the sender side.

  • She sends a message and immediately after sending, a duplicate of the sent message appears with the shield.
  • Happening in single and group chat, but not every time.
  • Only seen on the sender side.
  • In some cases, one message has a delivery receipt of some sort and the other only has the shield. In others, just the shield.
  • T's account is on the staging server.
