This seems to be related to #501 'Messages not going through'.

@N-Pex @chrisballinger Rosa keeps having an issue with her chats not going through with contacts she speaks to regularly. 'Verifying' that contact or getting verified by that contact seems to resolve the issue. But, for regular users they don't know to do this. Can we look into this within the next couple of days?
