Audio comes through as link and error if sent while receiver is offline

The receiver was not connected (in the subway tunnel). The sender sends audio. Receiver gets link and error.

• Receiver can open the link and play it in safari
• Error says ‘your request timed out’

We should display the audio as we normally do in the chat.
