Queued messages do not auto-resend

If I send a message when I'm not connected, it does not auto-resend once I come back online.

*Note: we need to do another test to see if they send, when you manually tap 'resend'.

@cstiens Was this in a group chat? I just fixed a bug related to this, so please retest in 114.

I'm not sure. We'll re-test in 114 in both single and group chats.

I went offline and sent a message in a single chat and group chat. When I came back online, the message auto resent in the single chat. It did not auto resend to the group. Not sure why. There is one check next to the message in the group chat. No error though.

Build 120 iPhone 6 11.2.5
